New DB, import errors+dupes

I just created a new database because I had problems with my last one. When I import all the hands in my HM archive with 1.11.06g I'm getting over 10% import errors and about 10% duplicates (only 40kish hands total)

What could be the cause?

Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which operating system?

Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

changing from english (UK) to english (usa) got a lot more imported. Still about 1500 import errors.
Using Windows 7, HU cash, stars ipoker and entraction (not sure if a specific site is not importing, or how to find that out)

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.

Run a import from file on a couple of individual files in your C:/HMArchive folder.
Email us a file where all the hands result in import errors.
