Hi all.
I play on bet 24, ongame network, and I don't find the HH.
Can someone tell me where I could find them ?
Thank you.

Some Ongame skins changed the handhistory path with the latest updates:

C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory - for XP

Thank you, i have found them.
But my HM doesn't work. When I click on "Start Auto Import", the Table Manager opens but no table seem to be detected. I have this message: "Auto import did not find any new files... Trying again in 5 seconds..."

Use the tablefinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD to detect the tables.

The hands are being imported now? (once you added the new auto import folder)

When I go to "Table Finder", I have this message: "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some." And the red icon doesn't appear.

A hand has to first be successfully imported.

Is Bet24 saving the handhistories?
Are they now being saved in the new folder: C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings ?

Is that folder added as an auto import folder?

Yes, for all questions.

Are the hands being imported or not?
Your Ongame client is in englisch language?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

We need the file to check your settings.

Only attach the holdemmanager.config file (from the HoldemManager/Config folder)

If you reply to this post you have the option to "attach a file".

Please update to our current version 1.11.06g and try the table finder again after playing some hands: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I have updated and played some hands.
I have the same message: "Auto update did not find any files..."
In the Table Manager, Table finder tells me: "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some".
When I click "OK", I have the red icon, I put it on the table and I have the name of the table which appear. When I click "OK", nothing appear: the Table Manager has no table.

Instead of C:\Documents and Settings\JH\P5JavaClientSettings\DPC\Maravilloso

Can you navigator to: C:\Documents and Settings\JH\P5JavaClientSettings\

(if it's a hidden folder First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

and check in which subfolder the handhistories are actually being saved.
C:\Documents and Settings\JH\P5JavaClientSettings or
C:\Documents and Settings\JH\P5JavaClientSettings/handhistory ?
(add that folder as an auto import folder)

And delete C:\Documents and Settings\JH\P5JavaClientSettings\DPC\Maravilloso from the auto import settings

Now, my hands have been imported and I have them in the tracker. But I don't have any stats at the table: the HUD doesn't work.

Use the tablefinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD
