I bought HEM pro today because i had heard really good things about it from several of my friends who had been using it. I am beginning to get really frustrated though, because for the last 5 hours I have been trying to get PostgreSQL to download and everytime i get this message: "Failed to connect to database. Procedural languages files are installed but are not activated on any databases." After I click OK on that message i get this message: "could not connect to server: connection refused (0x000274D/10061) is the sever running on hose 127.0.0.1 and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"
I have no idea what any of this means but it is really starting to make me angry. I followed all the instructions to a "t" and I cant figure out what im doing wrong. Also when I try to start HEM it tells me that it cannot connect to PostgreSQL. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
