Hi

I have had and used HEM for some time, and it has worked fine.

Suddenli this morning it would not open, it stated unable to conect 1.27....

I tried everything, but nothing would work, so in the end I deleceted all programs throug control panel (HEM, PostgreSQL and alle maps regardin HEM and PostgreSQL)

Then i followed the setup guide when trying to reinstalle it. I try to installe PostgreSQL first, and follow the steps in the setup guide. But when the program starts to install it suddenly states "Failed to connect to database. Procedural languages files are installed, but are nog activated in any database"

When I klik ok, it states "could not connect to server. Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

Please help!

Laur

p.s. I am running Vista 64b, but have disabled firewall, useraccount and so on.
