pokerstars change all F50 buy in and rake

you can check the buy in on pokerstars

the change is after 1.11.06g releases

ex turbo F50
5.24 10.48 20.96 become 7 15 30

because HM payout structure is top 3 pay
but F50 is top 5 ITM
cause HM ev calculation error
