So I had to change my motherboard on my computer last week, and just tried to load up HEM yesterday and it says that i need to reactivate the license, which is fine, so i hit the "activate license, must need internet connection" button and it asks me what computer i would like to license, i have 2 options, computer 1 and computer 2. I have tried selecting both of these options and then hit ok, and then it just sends me back to the initial start up screen.

I have also tried to reset the license via my account on HEM.com but that button does not work either.

Support has told me to unistall .NET and reinstall for windows 7, i have done this numerous times and still HEM does the same thing.

Ive reinstalled HEM over and over but nothing works.

heeeeeelp please :(

1) Please update to the latest HM version – http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2) Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator” - for all users. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe
3) Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
4) Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version) - in some configurations this file don't exists.
5) Now delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
6) If that doesn’t work please try this:
Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
Open HM and register
Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not
7) Check Proxy settings
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/24/I+Can%27t+Activate+%26+Register+Holdem+Manager- I Can’t Activate & Register Holdem Manager (check the proxy settings)
