Hi,

Today when i would like to start HM i saw some error . I uninstalled my HM and installed again but I still see this error when I want to start HM . How can I solve my problem?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

delete the HoldemManager/Config/prefs.xml file and restart HoldemManager

I am working on Windows XP. I uninstalled Comodo Firewall and Norton security but it didn't help. My antyvir is Microsoft Security Essenstials. I tried to update my HM to the latest beta version and delete prefs files but it also didnt solve my problem.

Manually run a Windows Update.

First make sure Windows XP is updated to Service Pack 3.
Also install ALL system updates, .net framework updates, etc. (the .net framework updates are not installed automatically if you have Windows update automatically)



If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall HoldemManager using the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

I updated my windows xp and reinstalled HM and tried to delete prefs filles but still see this error...
