I was playing today and got disconnected for a minute or so due to internet connectivity issues. One particular hand that I was involved in, I ended up reconnecting in time to play out the hand and win an approximate 50-60bb pot. However, I refreshed the day's graph directly after the disconnect and aforementioned hand and noticed that it didn't catch this pot in my stats.
I requested my day's hand history from the site I was playing on, inserted that text file into my Auto Import folder and tried again. HEM said "416 hands found, 411 duplicate hands" (or something pretty close to that verbiage). I figured this caught the ~5 hands that were apparently missed during my disconnect. I refreshed my days graph after this new text file was imported and nothing changed. My day's results, # of hands played, graphs, and all other stats stayed unchanged. Any help as to what would help correct this? Thanks!
