With the new update the HM-import is a bit strange. Sometimes it works perfect, sometimes it waits until the session ends and THEN import all the hands.

Is this reproducable? I think the Ongame client locks the file.
If the import doesn't work and you close Ongame does it import then?

Its possible but then HUD is impossible then? That sucks.

If you play in one of rooms in Ongame network that updated their software recently:
They have changed path to handhistory folder
C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory - for XP

So you need to adjust HM autoimport settings

Try to create new database, import some hands in it and see what happens.

If you meant to make a new folder in which to store hands, I did it, but it didn't helped....

No
Menu Options - Database management
click Connect
click Create new database, give it any name
then run HM and try to import

Well I am little ashamed, but when I took a closer look from wich file the HM imports hands I saw that it was not the folder that support gave me, but other folder with almost the same name....

you need to change the auto import folder.

The new path is:

C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings

For cash games HEM will only import my Ongame HH when I close the client, this means the HUD will not work, are there any fixes for this?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily. Do the same for the main Ongame .exe file.
