Problem FTP import hands

Not all hands is being importing. Olny 90 - 95% of the hands. tried everything. updated to 1.1106g but didnt worked.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)


Find the handhistory of a hand that doesn't import in your archive folder, C:/HMArchive:

does the hand import as an "import error" or it appears the hand imports correctly but then doesn't show up in HoldemManager?

W7, avg anti virus without firewall. All HM apps are running as adm. Many hands showing with import errors. Did the date change but nothing worked.

got 2 large files and all hands are showing importing errors.

I can import the above hand without problems.
Please create a new database for a test and try to import the hand into this database.

If i create a new database i will lose all my data?

Yes... but you can reimport ALL your hands into the new empty database.
Run a import from folder on your archive folder, C:/HMArchive.

If you were using notes in HoldemManager.. or have bonus/rakeback settings.
Export them and import them into the new database AFTER you've reimported all the hands.
