Poker Stars Tournament Summary Issues

I have Tourneys that say Not finished ...and when I tried requesting tournament summary from stars..the first 200 summarys come out fine..but the rest of the summarrys come out like this.

And Hem is not reading that...What can I do...I use debustifier while I play...if I were to ask stars instead for a zip of all the hand historys...would that help fix this "not finished tourneys" in the tourney/results tab?

What's you HM version?

This is probably because PS only track your last 200 tourneys.
Are you last 200 touneys ok?

if i get the past 200 tournesy..( actually just tested it and it still did not fix the not finished tourneys section...and still showing my winnings wrong..)

I emailed stars for the hand historys because I thought maybe if i tried importing it again it would fix it..but it didnt.

My database just for this month is already off by $800 :\

Also...when i import the tourney summarys.. ( I copy paste what stars sends me to notepad..and then import it......it just says

Files Imported : 1of1
Hands imported : 0 hands/s 0.0/s
Duplicate hands : 0
Import Errors 0


Is that what it is supposed to say?.. Today I had 1 not finished tourney...and I imported the tourney summarys..and its still there...

Please create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and see if it solves the problem

i created a new database and tried importing the tourney summarys and it didnt work...shows as if i have played 0 sngs

is there a certain format im supposed to save it in notepad ?..I know as a text..but theres 4 different encodings..

I have sent the hand historys..i had exported it from hem......also the hh from december 08 to jan 09 or so i would say....i got those from stars. I had requested hand historys for all 09..and they said they couldnt seperate it and sent me some from last year.

I already have the hand historys auto save in a poker stars folder..its just that I thought possibly debustifier was closing the tables too fast, and thought that by stars sending me all the hand historys..it could maybe fix the issues I was having with some tourneys saying Not Finished.

Also..keep in mind..the tourney summarys are not working for me..I included that in the files I sent you guys also..... I even tried to make a new database and just import the summarys and it didnt work for me.
