View Full Version : FIX for HUD on BETSAFE

After browsing through tons of betsafe hud threads, i figured out an extremely easy fix. My first time on this site, hands were importing, but hud was not appearing, table wasnt even listed in the table finder.

All I did was go to my config folder, to ExeNames.txt, and at the very bottom I added: 10,Poker.exe

Now everything works fine, HUD pops up automatically. Cheers

hud worked good on betsafe till the last update...

i made all what i read on different threads, but no hud atm...

help please.

I just replied to your other post, in a different thread. It is best if you just start your own thread when you have problems, instead of posting your problem in multiple similar threads. It is easier for us to find and resolve your problem in a new thread without confusing it with another players issues/posts.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Ongame skins are updating their software and changing the HH folder path, so check our FAQ and edit yours if necessary - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame+-+Bwin+-+Betfair+Setup


Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Manually add the following folder as an auto import folder:
C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory - for XP
