Just configured new database and hud doesnt work

I just deleted an old version of HEM that I trailed a long time back and started from scratch and bought the pro version and redownloaded. Had some trouble getting everything setup but finally got everything but the hud working. I have beta 15 and all options checked under player prefrences. It doesnt work for cash or tournies. When I restart and autoimport the table manager pops up and locates the table but still no HUD. Any suggestions. Im trying it on stars.
By the way the stats are being imported into HEM.

Is UAC disabled, http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 if not please do that and then reboot. Are all the hands definetely importing, can you see the hands if you run a report?

Appoligies. I appartently didnt have my hand histories set up right through pokerstars. I thought I had already set them to auto save but the box was unchecked and it was in fact not importing my hands like I thought it was. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks again.
