Last Question I think: Turn Continuation Bet?

1.) Is this like a double barrel stat? C-bet the flop and now bets the turn?

2.) Or is it a delayed c-bet stat? Raised pre-flop, checked the flop, bet the turn?

3.) Or is it just they raised pre-flop and bet the turn and it doesn't matter whether they checked or bet the flop?

4.) Something else?
