hud freezes and importing duplicate hands?

on the import screen i constantly get the message that x of x parts of large file are being imported, on stopping the import it shows a massive number of duplicate hands 500k+.

im p[layong rush poker and have followed all the instructions to set up the hud for rush. the first hand i play come up with the correct stats then freezes on the same players stats as i move tables.

this problem has only developed over the past few days, before that everything worked correctly.

help please!

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Also try creating a new database, and reimport the original handhistories from your archive folder, C:/HMArchive

no worries, i sorted it, id created a loop between the import folders. im sure on one of the other posts to do with rush it instructed me to do this though...
