Need to register again; key won't work

I opened up HEM today and it brought me up to the register/buy now screen. I put in my key from last year when i bought the software and it said it couldn't validate. I purchased HEM through a leggopoker promotion and my email addy is jethro_8_7@hotmail.com. Help plz. Thx.

I am having this problem currently also. Last nigth HEM was working and now its trying to get me to renew/rebuy the key. I dont know where my old key is. I tried booting up HEM on my laptop and that seems to work fine.

What should i do?
