holdem manager import issue

hello everyone,

this is my problem:

I can't import any hands into holdem manager.

I am using pokerstars.it and i did all the steps u adviced.

I save hands in english and i got the latest version of HEM.

I can import using gdpoker btw.

Any support?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.

If the hands then still won't import, can you attach/post one hand of a handhistory file here...
