William hill Ipoker network not importing.

Hello I cant get HEM 1.08 beta 14 to import on Windows Vista SP1 computer.
William hill has recently opened poker a poker room on Ipoker network aswell. I have a KiwiPoker account on ipoker and importing is working there without a problem.

And I have set all the settings that needs to be done in poker software and in HEM. I am 100% certain that there is not a setup problem but a bug.... I Tried in PT3 to import also but it didnt work. I think its some problems with the XML files to import but what do i know....

So maybe i can take some Log files for you so you can make William Hill on ipoker work?

any way to get ipoker not save the hh in xml?
is it me or does the import from ipoker not working prop when importing from these files?

ive not been playing so mutch there lately so havent thought about this, but im going to start play there quite a bit from next week, so would be nice to now..

also any tips why when i have prob quite a bit hh from ipoker having account there for 3 years now, and i have like 3 xml files under my hh file? seems odd..

Ipoker create the xml files, there is no other type.

HM moves the HH after there imported, usually to C:\HMarchive or a folder you specified

I downloaded the lastest beta (1.08 beta 18) and the import isn't working for william hill on iPoker.

opps just posted this with some HH on the site support thread... silly me!

Anyway 1.08 Beta 18 is def not working on the NEW IPOKER version of William Hill (nothing importing). I'd imagine there will be a few thousand people migrating across in the next few days so needs sorting :)

looks like the date issue again. im on beta 20

the new .xml files are showing date as

<startdate>(UK): 19/03/2009 16:15</startdate>

manually change to 03/19/2009 and it imports correctly.

did this but still not working. i suspect it has to do with the fact that the History/username folder doesn't match my actual screename since I had to change it when I merged onto the new network. Up to WH to update it I suppose before I try it again.

That doesnt matter al_yell, my screename is different to the folder name and it works fine once the dates are changed. Did you make sure to change all the dates, and save the xml file before trying to import?

Sounds good but >> all the dates!? there are hundreds of them.
