Betfair rake calculation

HEM incorrectly calculates rake on Betfair. It calculates it as if it was "dealt" (each player who's dealt in to the hand is attributed part of the rake), but it's actually "contributed" (players rake attribution depends on the amount of money they put in the pot). Yeah I also recognized that HM calculates too much rakeback here.

HM rake is only calculated as dealt rake, we dont support any other rake type but its on the to do list
