Hello, some days ago i purchased both hmanager and sngwiz.
Now, when I right-click on a hand and analyze it in sngwiz, here's how it displays.
There are some errors. Maybe it's because I uninstalled the trial version before installing the full?

These instructions usually solve this problem.
Uninstall the Holdem Manager.
Delete this folder:
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money"
where UserName is your Windows login name.
Then install the latest release.

The latest release of sng wiz or hmanager?
And if you mean hmanager, do I have to uninstall it and then reinstall?

Yes, uninstall holdem manager completely, delete the folder, and reinstall HM.

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
Delete this folder:
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money"
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

I followed your instructions, unfortunately I still have display problems.
I use Windows XP.
Other solutions?

I just reinstalled the standalone version. Now both works perfectly :)
