I had HEM installed on two computers, my main PC and a laptop for use when I wasn't at home. A few days after I installed HEM on my laptop, it died and now when I'm trying to install HEM on my new computer it tells me to deactivate it from the other computer, which I can't do. Thanks in advance for your help
