View Full Version : Error msg when starting HEM

I continue to get an error msg after I startup HEM and try to go into it. I tried it other day when i had trial and hit 'try' and error msg popped up. Now I have registered version yet the same error msg shows up. I've emailed support a couple days ago no reply yet.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The error msg I get is: DBControlPalnel.exe - application error
application failed to initialize properly.

Also I have XP Pro 64bit OS.

Can you check if the postgreSQL service is running?

I checked under services, and i dont have PostgreSQL on there, how do i get that? sorry i dont know much about computers at all, im new to this.

Ok the exact error msg is DBControlPanel.exe - Application Error "The application failed to intialize properly (0xc000007b).This msg shows up right when i double click 'holdem manager' on desktop to start the program.

I have the latest version of HEM, i just downloaded the PostgresSQL but that didn't help the problem. All the other things in the FAQ are useless for my case since my HEM wont even open up.

My OS is windows XP PRo 64bit edition.

Any help greatly appreciated.
