View Full Version : hem no longer working on 888

So hem was working fine on 888 since the auto import was on, but since the start of May it no longer imports any new hands, nor does the hud work. I was playing on my laptop but went somewhere and was on another connection for a couple of days when this started happening (in case this somehow triggered it but I don't think it has much to do with it?). Either way, when I start auto import it seems to detect the tables I am seated at but it won't find new hands nor will the hud start.

Halp pls

Was there any 888 update? I haven't heard of anything yet so i suggest we start with our standard procedure:

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06e http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Ugh, it's fine now. Yeah somehow the save hand history checkbox was unchecked and the folder with the saved hands was empty after May.

I can however see the hands that I missed on under game history on 888. These hands are not saved in the folder though, is there a way to manually import these hands I've missed into hem?

You should ask 888 support whether they can send you the hands.
