when i go to replay and check results of sng's in hem/tourney/dataview, i'm getting some odd results. for instance, under the "size" column, a 45 player sitngo will say 23, there are numbers like 16 or 18 also. i don't play any sng's with 23 or 6 players. in addition, some of the "won" columns say 0 even though i've placed 1st or 2nd in that particular sng. suggestions please?

Is this pokerstars?

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and add the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/Poker+Stars+Setup

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Results.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

no fozzy, i'm in the usa so i can't play on stars any more. i'm playing on rpm now. from what i can see most of the data is importing ok, but not all.

really puzzling that the player numbers are off. i know i haven't entered any sitngo's that started with 13 players though. any ideas what might be happening? i'm loving this hand replayer function, but it's a bit confusing when the data isn't correct.

thanks

RPM belongs to Merge network. They don't write SNG summaries, so:
a) don't close table too fast, wait when room shows all informational messages about your result in this SNG. And write it to file.
b) If you play multitable-SNG, there is no information in HH file about it's size untill you reach final table. Because of this you have "13 players tourney". Edit this info manually - or try to reach final tables.

very good! i'll do that. and yes, it's true when i reach the final table the player count seems to be accurate then. however, i just placed 1st in a 69 player bounty tournament. the player count was accurate in the data view column; but the $ amount won was incorrect. it was $78 for 1st place, plus the bounties. the amount won column said $35 instead. i can't remember if i closed out the game quickly or not, but i'll try not to do that.

thanks

Yes, any game over 1 table at merge will have to be manually edited - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/181/Data+View+%28Tourney+Results+Sub-Tab%29

You can use the default tourney buyin option if you always play the same buyins, to help get a little of the info pre-populated accurately - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/199/Change+Tourney+Default+Buyins+%2810%7B2B%7D1%29
