View Full Version : HUD isnt working for UltimateBet 2/26/09

My HUD was working fine earlier and I decided to take a break and re-boot.

Upon re-booting UltimateBet updated their software. Since the update - the HUD for HEM is no longer working for UltimateBet.

Hands are importing.

I talked to another UB regular and he is having the same problem that I am having

I am having the same problem on UB (CERUS). Worked a couple of hours ago.

I have the same issue (Absolute), since the latest Cereus update. Hands are importing fine, but no HUD stats.

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe i dld that and before it installed it says that the HUD is now fixed for UB

I tried patch and it's still not showing any stats!
Not sure how you got it to work, what am I missing?

I didn't have to do anything. It updated the program automatically when I opened it and it worked.

It's working at the cash tables,
Not working on MTT's.

Hud is working on CERUS for me since I installed the patch. I am a little disappointed as I did well and enjoyed playing $50 and $100NL last night and the hotshots were HUDless and didn't have any stats on me.

I also have the catastrophic error message and can't open HEM at all since downloading the beta.....is someone looking into this?

Sorry I jumped the gun in my post. The HUD is working for me at cash tables and not displaying at all at SNGs.

Are the SNGs listed in the table manager?

asked already in another post... sorry for my impatience, but I am clueless, would like to get this working and hope not to run into any of the above issues...

save --> open --> run

correct so far? once it runs, does it automatically replace my version of HEM? or is it an add-on or something?

Does it matter if HEM is open and running or should it be closed?

I've also tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalling 1.07 and am getting the same catastrophic error message.

I'm clueless what to do now - please help!!

Let me know if you need any ssystem datails or anything....

The catastrophic error is usually caused when HM isnt installed properly.

Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

p.s HM must be closed down when doing this

I've tried this, but after the reinstall I get the same catastrophic error message and am still completely unable to open Hem.....

The catastophic error is due to not installing correctly, make sure HM is closed down and follow those again, this beta version has the UB problem fully fixed now http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe

UGH. I followed your directions exactly and this is still not working. UB is creating the HH in the HandHistory/(screen name) folder, but HM is not doing anything. This tilted the hell out of me this morning since I had to transfer 7 tables to my laptop to restart my pc, transfer back, and then see it's still not working!!!!!

Started working randomly, 100 hands into my UB tourney... pls disregard my rant
