Lost database and hud?

Hello,

for some odd reason I am missing 300k hands + I can't get my HUD working anymore

It worked fine for 2 weeks since I bought the program, and all of a sudden it just doesn't work anymore

common problem?

when I push auto import files, he start to auto import files, but then he says:

Auto update didn't find any new files
Will try again in 5 seconds

which he(m) never does

If you are not sitting at a table and playing, no hands are being saved by your pokersite, so there are no hands HM can import

Ofcourse I am sitting at a table haha

Thats the strange thing about it.

Table manager shows which table I am on, auto import says there are no files to update

Maybe I can get some teamviewer support?

I have read the FAQ, and there is nothing that aplies to me

I also already tried creating a new database, I already has selected my own nickname

It worked amazing and fast, I went out to get some dinner, got back and it didn't work anymore
