HEM recording wrong winnings in PS

I've recently been playing 6-handed $5.21 h-turbo in PS. It pays out top two, but HEM always records results wrongly. First place gets 19.50 while second gets 10.50. HEM records first as 10.00, and second nothing. Strangely it records third as 5.00.

How can i resolve this issue without having to manually change the numbers myself. Its frustrating to do so, becuase of the sheer number of games i play.

Email PokerStarsm request a html summary of all your SNG results.
Run a import from file on the html file they'll sent you.

Thanks. I've done the SNG summaries first, as I found it wasn't ticked. After which it was recording 1st and 2nd accurately. However I still have problems with the payout for 3rd. It's still showing up as $5. I then downloaded and installed the latest version of HEM, and the 3rd erroneous payout still persists. Any ideas?

Email us a handhistory file + matching summary file of such a game to support@holdemmanager.com

(mention in the email, HoldemManager imports it as 3th place wins $5, while in reality 3th place doesn't win anyting)

the same problem here... 1st place is sometimes 19.50 sometimes 10.. 2nd is 10 or 0.. 3rd is 0 or 5.. using 1.11.06e-1
