If I use convert.exe to convert this laptop drive from FAT32 to NTFS, will there be any problem with my existing HM databases? I've never done this before - any idea how long it will take on a 70GB laptop drive?

There is always a minimal risk that you can lose all data on your harddrive, but I never had a problem. Shouldnt take long for 70GB
