Hello friends,
I have a problem with the HM, I do not appear on the screen Hands REPORT, send a picture, (my English is not good and I have to use translators, sorry):
(In the picture I have activated filters, but even if I disable the filters can not see the hands).
11541
I'm going crazy trying to solve the problem, but I can not.
A few days optimizing my SQL Database, making a FULL vacuum, and also by clicking the option maintenance REINDEX., because I work very slow with the soft FULL TILT.
11551
I also purged the hands from NL5 to NL50, NL100 but those I have not purged.
I have no problems with the graphics, or with the stat, but I can not see any hands.
Please I need help, thanks.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
Please update to the latest version as yours is quite old - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Your database is corrupt.
Export your Hand Histories
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg
Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/rakeback-bonuses-01.jpg
Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/tourney-data-view-01.jpg
Then can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database
If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.
Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.
To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders
The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Another question:
Export hands in 369 files and 289 have already been copied but I have 2 days hands and copying is very slow.
Can I stop the import process and then hand the file is selectable from 289 to 369 and continue the importation of hand?
Is there any problem in doing so?

You can savely STOP the import at any time.
If you try the "import from folder" again on the same folder, it will simply continue where it left off. (so it will automatically skip file 1 - 288 and continue with file 289 to 369)
