get lots of unable to replace files errors!!

as it say on the header... i update HM and i get these errors flash up!!
are these major issues or can be ignored??

package was unable to replace program files etc ending in:
\HMImport.exe
\Mono.security.dll
\Npgsql.dll
\system.data.SQlite.dll

Restart your computer and install the update again.
