Rush Poker Issues

Hello all,

I need some help please. I can't seem to get my Rush hands to show up in my HEM. This is how I would describe the problem.

So, I troubleshot the basic stuff. I know that my HH's are saving to a file, and I know that my HEM is importing from that file. I can see hands that I play at a normal 10NL table and my HUD will appear. My HUD will appear when I play Rush and update stats, but for some reason my own HUD (my name specifically if that is clear) with my stats is not present. The issue is none of the hands will show up in HEM for HH review, session stats, or overall player stats. And yes, I did make sure I had my account selected as the player to view!

Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and go to Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

If that doesn't solve it, try a new DB.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
