I have got three questions.

1) In Fulltilt, when I'm on a pokertable, the HUD names are jumbled. Even if I drag them to their proper places, the next hand they will be jumbled again. What can I do to put them in the right place? I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I allready checked my DIP, and it's on standard 96.

2) Furthermore: Some HUD names are in green letters, some are in red letters, why is that?

3) In Fulltilt, HUD only works at 1 table at a time on Full Tilt Poker. How can I make it HUD will work on all the tables I am playing?

Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

If you continue to have issues:

Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. 2) Furthermore: Some HUD names are in green letters, some are in red letters, why is that?

Because of the color range assigned to that 'stat'. The Abb. Name stat uses the stack size in big blinds for color ranges. Other stats in the HUD use their own actual stat for the color ranges.

It should work on multiple tables.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
