Greetings.

I went through the FAQ but it didn't help me.
I used autoimport, import folder and import files but to no use. I set the player alias but it shows zero hands. The program says it imported the data successfully but it doesn't show the hands. The listed hands for the alias are also zero.

Another thing, the table manager shows the tables correctly but I have to manually edit the settings to fullring every time although I unchecked that in the options? Not like it works right now but it could be useful in the future I guess.

This is on Windows XP, 1.07 stable, the newest beta just crashes all the time

Right, I forgot the details, thank you.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using
1.07

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
pokerstars

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes

3) We Have detailed FAQ's that explain how to set it up for each site, its often 1 setting or 1 box not been ticked that causes the problem so follow these FAQs exactly and aknowledge that it is setup as per the FAQ: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewtopic.aspx?topicid=36
the pokerstars faq didnt help me unfortunately

4) Check to see if the Hand Histories are showing up in the correct folder. Go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders and check the location of the folder HM checks for the Hand Histories. Then while playing go to that folder on your PC and see if new Hand Histories that correspond to the tables your playing are showing up. This is not relevant where the site uses a database like on Ongame or Prima.
yes the folder is correct and Holdem Manager even says that it imported the files

5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder. Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=129 If you play a couple of hands and then go to the Reports TAB in Holdem Manager, then go to Filter > Clear and for the date filter choose today. Do the hands import successfully that you just played?
no

6) Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=54
yes, it worked and it tells me there are no unattached tables
since the import of the handhistories doesn't work I don't get a HUD, either

7) If you open the HH are they written in English, they should be btw?
fixed the language, didn't help, though

8) Make sure UAC is disabled. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and untick it and restart if it is
I use XP

In HM, does it say Players (0) at the top right?

When you choose your Screenname instead of your alias, does it work?

Nevermind, it's finally working. This time when I tried changing the alias in HEM it showed up.

One problem left, though. The table seat number keeps switching back to 6max, how can I change that to fullring? edit: seems to work now hopefully it stays that way

Great stuff, thanks for the help. :)
