View Full Version : Problems with HM registration

Hi guys,

I have some problems with my HM. 10 minutes ago I got this message:

"The following error occurred when trying to open the database. Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.1'"

I "fixed" it with a simple restart of my comp, but now when I opened HM again I saw that is not registered, so I tried to register it again, and it says that the code is invalid. Also weird thing about my accout on HM site is that only my email was in my details, no name, surname or anything else.

So my question is, how can I register it again or better to say, what should I do that HM knows that it was already registered before. Hope you all understand what I am saying.

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Because in this log file we may see the source of the problem. And as it contains your personal license information we don't want it to be posted here in the forums.

Hi guys,

I replied on your email fozzy, really don't get it, why is this causing me problems. Well I can use HM, but of course I would prefer that everything is registered and that I don't have "problems" with it.
