I just upgraded my computer with SSD drive and win7. (If you wonder if you should get a SSD drive you SHOULD)

My SSD is 128gb and im at about 90gb after innstalling other things.
So now im wondering if i want to put HEM on my SSD or my regular HDD. I guess my biggest concearn is with space in the future.

My database is about 1,5mill hands. I must admit that I dont feel that ive had much performance problems with HEM before.

I also wonder about postgresSQL. Would it make a diffrence if i put this on my SSD, but HEM on my HDD? Is it the HEM application or the postgres SQL that grows in size as i log hands?

So how do you suggest i go about this? Any other concearns installing on win7 64 bit i need to adress?

Thanks in advance for helps and pointers.

For performance having Postgresql on the SSD is the important thing. HM can be installed to a standard disk.

You should roughly calculate with 10 GB for 1 Mio hands. So your SSD is large enough.
