Updating Problems

So I downloaded the update file and during the process it came up with 6 errors about files that it cannot replace, is this normal? And yes I closed it out in my system tray by going to "exit"

ok well I'm on Windows XP and I just did the control-alt-delete and found the HMImport.exe and the HoldemManager.exe in the tray and closed them out, then installed again and all was good!
