View Full Version : HUD not working on Full Tilt, esp rush/FTOPS

Extremely frustrating issue, and playing at such a disadvantage for the rush tournies which sometimes load stats , albeit taking ages, and some FTOPS like the current 300 rebuy not at all.

Help??

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

Have done that already also.

Furthermore, it's not working on the 500$ shootout FTOPS right now, seems to have problems with FTOPS

EDIT: It started working on the shooutout, after about 15 hands, any reason for this?

And the stats keep coming and going randomly

Check your import folders, if you have old files "stuck" in there and manually move them to the archive folder.

Try the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD
to force the HUD on the table.

HUD options--> Additional HUD filters--> don't use any of the #players filters, but set everything back to default "2-10"

Most of the time it will come up showing my lifetime stats, and everyone else just as no stats, sometimes it will show their names, thats it

My whole HEM is actually totally unreasonably laggy, i've literally tried everything you guys have for fixes, starting to get really disappointed. Would it be possible at some point to have technical support? Like Teamviewer/Mikogo?

Are you only playing RUSH on DEMAND, RUSH FTOPS type of tournies?
Or do you also have HUD issues with regular RUSH-cashgames, or non-rush tournaments?
