I've noticed that Cap games really seem to mess with HEM's EV calculations.

I'm now using 1.08 beta 7, and the EV of cap hands just drops all the time. Here's an example:

I'm playing a $3 cap game and I have AA, raising it to $0.30 preflop. On the flop it's heads up and we get the rest in ($2.70 more). HEM shows that I am a 55% favorite at this point, which is accurate. I end up losing the hand, and my EV$diff for the hand is indicated as -$1.50. This cannot possibly be correct as the Cap is $3, which I lost.

Another example:

I have AK, get it all in on turn as a 93% favorite and win. My EV$diff for this hand is calculated at -$10.19

If I can give you any more information, or more details that can be of assistance let me know. I would love to get this bug worked out as I quite enjoy cap.

Can you post a hand history from a hand where the ev is off? It seems to work for me.

Here's a graph I have of about 8k hands of mostly .50/1 and 1/2 NL Cap hands. I'm obv not running $9k over expectation. I think its maybe reading the full stack or something instead of the 30BB? Not sure, and I don't really care, but I came across this thread so thought I'd post this.

Can you try this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe
Perhaps reimport your hands after the upgrade if you don't see a change.

Can you try to create a new DB if it persists: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
