How can I export hands That I've saved ?

I had to reinitialize my computer but I ve saved files like this :confused:
Is it useful ? And if it is, how do I use them. Thank you for your help.

Just create a new database if you havent already then go to the import from folder button on the Import tab and select the folder with all those hands in it and it will import them
