Holdem Manager has spontaneously decided to not load

Been using HEM happily for a few months now but i just tried to load now and quite simply nothing happens. My mouse cursor briefly changes to the symbol it uses when something is loading/working, but only briefly. Other than that it seems nothing is happening. I tried upgrading to the latest Beta but the problem remains.

If so please start HM and then go to Control Panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications and see if there is any errors and if so please copy the information of the error here

Hi,

I didn't a system restore which seems to have cured the problem so it seems pretty clear something went a bit screwy with my system.
