Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. Do the same for the main pokerstars.exe file

Which SQL version are you using?
Try creating a NEW empty database (after you've updated to 1.11.06d) and reimport your hands.

Operating System: W7
Firewall: I desactivated W7 long time ago
Antivirus: Last Version of Kaspersky

I'm using the last version of HM, all the programs of HM are running as administrator.

I'm using the last version of Postgrees.
I have create different DB but the problem is still there.

I AM USUALLY A CASH PLAYER, I MEAN THE HUD IS RUNNING PERFECT THERE BUT AT THE TOURNAMENTS IT DOESNT.

:(

For Kaspersky, read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/127/Using+Kaspersky+Internet+Security+2010%3F+

Which SQL version are you using exactly?
8.4.8??
Try installing 9.0.4 to port 5433 (if you were already using 9.0.x, install 8.4.8) and connect to that instead and reimport the original handhistories from your archive folder.

My HUD is acting pretty weirdly too, it shows wrong big blinds amounts all the time. It also shows wrong persons stats (theres "kreuteroxxe"'s stats when I pressed "Smeilz1"'s stats...). And it also ignores some players completely and doesn't show anything to them (or tells that I have 0 hands on them and it doesn't change), and of course there are some tables it doesn't show anything to any of the players.

I have Windows 7, I have latest version of HEM, I have Norton and I have allowed all HEM and HUD stuff to both, Windows Firewall and Norton.

Im using 8.4.8 its quite difficult to me to change the version since I have a pretty big db, so its going to be difficult to check that, because I dont play tournaments everyday ;/
Refering to kaspersky, everything its ok

Lets first check some other things:
- please create a new database and test some tourneys with this new database.

- please create a new hud configuration, arrange the stats and try this hud configuration. When the number of players changes at the table you may need to rearrange the positions one time and save the changes via table manager -> file -> save positions.

- please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.
