Ladbrokes, HM not importing beginning of session.

Hello,

I'm missing a bit over 100 hands from the beginning of a session I played today. I turned the import on in mid session and it seems like HM didn't register these hands. I can see the list of hands in the poker client but haven't found any information on how to get HM to import them.

set time filter to All hands,
set game filter to All games
and manually CLEAR your FILTER (even though it may seem no filter is selected)
then press Refresh

That doesn't work.

HM is showing sessions from yesterday for example. And the missing hands were played at the same tables as the ones that were imported later that session so it shouldn't be a filter problem.

Any other ideas what could be wrong? Is there any way for me to manually make HM re-import the hands?

Microgaming writes hands to a gamehistory.dat file. HM only reads the last 100 hands when auto importing those files.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.
