View Full Version : Cake shows winnings as losses?

I have no idea why, but Cake is showing my winnings as losses and acting as if I've never won a hand. If it matters, I'm using an Alias that includes my Cake username to filter my hands. The HH text (viewed in HEM) appears to show I won the hands, but it shows the amount I won as losses it seems.

I've updated to the latest version and the issue persists.

1) Make sure Cake lobby and HH are in English.
2) Please post original text of such hand. You can find it in C:\hmarchive.
And screenshot: HM with this hand selected.

Attached are two example hands. Please note that HEM isn't showing me as winning a single hand (they appear to be all shown as losses but it's possible some are neutral) -- but all of my losses appear to be correctly tracked.

Both hands are shown as won hands when I imported them.

I am having this same problem. It never used to do this until a month or so

I know a few others who are having this problem as well

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

And reimport the hands into a NEW empty database.

Which SQL version are you using?
-1: make sure the date formatting of your computer is set to M/d/yyyy (not to European default d/M/yyyy)
-2: update PostgreSQL to the latest version from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)

1.11.06d

I had this problem initially (not sure what version) so I tried updating to 1.11.06d and the problem persists. Both hands posted were after upgrading.

I haven't tried a completely fresh database so I can try that tonight... this isn't a very large one but it functioned correctly on Stars and FT. I'm wondering if it's a problem with the alias or name, as if I'm seeing things from the viewpoint of another player... except my database shows me not winning a single hand on cake, ever.

Create new database and try.
