View Full Version : HEM stopped importing hhs

HEM stopped importing my hhs. This morning i received a popup which told me to link my hem account to a new digital account. After doing this it told me i might have to reenter my serial key. After doing that hem stopped importing any kind of hand histories. I have uploaded a sample from the hand history file and uploaded a screenshot. As you can see it doesnt give error messages, it simply fails to acknowledge that there are hand histories that should be imported in the file.

edit: problem persists through different databases too

Hi,

I was able to import your HH correctly. Please see my attached screen shot.

Therefore I suggest you try the following:
Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Please check this thread to make sure you've the correct import folders setup for your site

On the import TAB check if there are import errors showing up, if so can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database and see if there is also import errors with that database

I was already using 1.11.06d. Problem also happens when i manually try to import the hand histories and i havent changed anything to my auto import folders which used to work correctly. Also tried it on 2 different databases and they both have the same problem.

Weird, tried reinstalling the latest update and now its working again. Guess something must have gone wrong during updating. Thanks
