betfair (ongame) hud problem

hallo,

since some days i play on betfair, i set up hero name, everything, but i still cannot get the hud running.

hem does import the betfair hands and i can see session stats and everything else.

why doesnt hud work for me?
(i use win xp sp3 and hem version 1.11.06a)

Which Firewall and Anti-Virus are you using?
Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). This just tells Windows to use the . as a decimal separator when it parses numbers. Restart your PC.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM > Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.
Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it
Left-click and drag the red X to that table window
Click OK

i followed your instructions, and now i can see the hud, but:

i can see default hud only (i unchecked hu, 6max and full). in the custom config i klicked at 'hu' and 'any site' but i still see default only.

the info on the right side shows: the hud checks the configs in order to see if a table matches. if it cant find one that matches, it will use default config.

but why it cannot find one, on other sites its works for me too. its just betfair.

You should connect the default Hud configuration to a site you are not playing in the "Use for" tab.

problem solved, i have to choose 'full', not 6max nor hu for hu on betfair(ongame)

since the last update my ultimatebet hud has problems. in 'use for' i have to klick 6max instead of headsup to make the headsup hud running.

Please enable site options->Absolute/UB->Attempt to detect HU tables
