i currently have a HEM licence issue.

it appears that after updating, i am unable to activate my licence. when i log into HEM, the website says that one licence key is already in use.

Please email the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder
to support@holdemmanager.com

Sorry for the delay, our email server is currently down. Once it is back online we will look at your reg log and send you the appropriate steps to try and solve it.

No, we can not. The problem is likely not the code but something on your system. The Pro Combo code has apparently not been used yet.


The same code can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

Please try using our site to register your current/new license. If your code isn't there already you can upload it manually and then reset the code whenever necessary.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Your email server is down? Can you please tell RDB that I'm waiiting for a teamveiwer session... can I PM him the ID and Password so he can remote connect??
