View Full Version : Missing Hands from Full Tilt import

HM has basically worked perfectly so far, except for today's sessions where there are some mistakes or missing hands.

According to HM, I've won $5.55 today; but my account has gone from $3114.47 to $3181.02. There have been no transfers into my account for several days.

How can I go about finding the missing hands/HHs/miscalculations or whatever?

The times for the sessions in sessions tab seem to be right, but I'm nearly certain there are errors in the win/loss #s in the session by table list. I had won $260 win on one table that did not show up there.

I re-imported all the hands from HH files made today. HM said all hands were duplicates.

Hi please try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and import all hands into that and see if any errors show up, could it be rake+bonuses wernt accounted for?

Will it be necessary to make a new database? I've already found the session where the mistakes are. I re-imported all those hands again; HM said everything was duplicate.

This is a picture of the spreadsheet I use to track results next to HM's session results tab; obviously the middle session is where the error(s) lies.

I've checked rakeback, bonuses, transfers, etc. and there were none that day.

Please purge the hands first and then try and reimport them http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=107 and if theres still a difference email all the hands from that session to morny@holdemmanager.net and a link to that thread

I'm having the same issue. Everything at FT had imported perfectly until a few days ago. It's worth noting that I recently bought a new computer and installed a 2nd download of HEM on that computer, but the auto-import folders are set up the same, and correctly as far as I can tell. It's importing most of the hands I play, but missing 10 or 20% of them.

I just noticed that in my "RVG Software/HoldemManager/Importing/Logs" folder I have a file named "FullTilt2009-02-21ImportErrors" w/ hand history text. I tried importing this file individually, but it showed import errors again.

Please create a new database and see if it solves the problem

After doing this, it show zero stats on 0 players in the new database. How do I start a new database and make sure all the stats/hands I have on myself and opponents will show up in the HUD, etc.
