View Full Version : Unibet: HM freezes

Hello, help wanted.

If i press ""start import" within a couple of seconds, HM table manager freezes, then Unibet software freezes, and later even FTP and stars freeze until i close HM.

windows 7, HM 1.11.06d and table manager 1.11.06b

Let me know how I can further assist you in finding this problem

I read this in another thread. It sounded like a good idea, so i tried it, but it didn't help:

go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and make a backup of prefs.xml and then close Holdem Manager and delete the original prefs.xml and restart HM and it should create a new default prefs.xml file, please test with that version and see if the problem persists?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

Windows7, just Firewall from windows , Avira

HM is not even configured to import HH's from microgaming
(unibet is not in the list yest)
so this might not be the problem?

The freeze comes as soon as the table manager opens,
as a matter of fact, the table manager window freezes first

Download the latest version that morny posted in that thread, it fixes the freezing problem.
