Hi!
From yesterday when I run Cash Games Reports, Pre flop card, Sessions and Vs Players I have this error message:

The following error occurred when running this report: ERROR: 42P01: MISSING FROM-clause entry for table "td"

My OS is Win 7 64 bit and i have Holdem Manager 1.11.06d

Can you help me?

Please go to a tourney report and clear the filters.
After this it should work again.

I checked the tourney report but I've no filter to clear.

What I have to do?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily


clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected!)

I too am having this problem, i am running win XP. cleared filters in tourney tab, am running all .exe as admin. and have tried restarting SQL server and PC several times. probler occurs on both my databases.

Did you really clear the filters in the tourney reports section although it may seem that no filters are defined?

If that doesn't help you may need to reinstall HM starting with a fresh configuration.
