You may need the version from this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-general/60921-hud-problems-prima-3.html

If that doesn't help:

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work

I did the Auto Detect to find the Lock Poker HHs and it did not detect any. I currently have my Lock HHs saved for 30 days, but can't figure out where they're being saved to. I can't get HEM to import the HHs until then right?

Fozzy I just went to Merge also, RPM skin. No Hud. All my hands are importing.
Version 1.11.05
I play PLO
Hud had previously worked on FT Stars and Cereus.

fozzy it worked fine. Importing and HUD works. One small issue....when I go into HEM while playing to fiddle with the HUD settings the locations of where I placed my stat boxes for all players moves around again. Any explanation for this?

Try this:
Close HM and go to Config folder
delete files "posprefs2.txt" and "posprefs4.txt"
then run HM - but you have to set all positions in all configs

Okay, but if I do this will my HM be screwed up if I ever play on PokerStars or Fullt Tilt in the future (fingers crossed of course in the US)? Are those files critical for HM use on other poker sites?

Those are just HUD panel position files. It will reset the HUD positions.

Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/423/Setup+Preferred+Seating+for+Merge+Network

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

If you are still having issues, try resetting your HUD files to rule out a corrupt file.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Hey... I just moved to lockpoker and would like to have a HUD for te Grid few! The thing is I cant find how to get it going. Is it even possible to have a HUD for 6 tables while having the Grid display? If yes: How?

We do not support grid view for the HUD.

Right, it only works on normal tables. It will work on multiple individual tables but it WILL NOT work with the Grid View.

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

*If that doesn't help, please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default.
